Below are the U-Pick orchards and farms for vegetables that we know of in this area. Not all areas of any state, nor even every state, have vegetables orchards that are open to the public. If you know of any others, please tell us using the add a farm form!

Remember to always check with the farm's own website or Facebook page before you go - or call or email them if they don't have a website or Facebook page. Conditions at the farms and crops can change literally overnight, so if you want to avoid a wasted trip out there - check with the farm directly before you go! If I cannot reach them, I DON'T GO!

  Charlie's U-Pik Facebook page. . . They began at this location in the early 2000's as a small 20 acre u-pick field with a small variety of vegetables and expanded into a 100-acre u-pik field with over 20 different u-pick items including tomatoes, peppers, butter beans, and peas. In 2020, everything that you pick in the 100-acre field is $11 per 5-gallon bucket, so make sure you B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Bucket). If picking your own veggies is not for you, they also offer a wide variety of already picked items such as watermelons, cantaloupes, corn, and various other items. (UPDATED: March 22, 2020 JBS)

  Charlie's U-Pik Wiggins Facebook page. . . This is a smaller scale U-Pik than their Lucedale location. . Approximately 30-miles from the MS Gulf Coast, this 50-acre field is 7 mile east of Wiggins on Highway 26. Tomatoes, peppers, onions, squash, cucumbers, and so much more will be here for the picking. In 2020, everything that you pick in the 100-acre field is $11 per 5-gallon bucket, so make sure you B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Bucket).
