during the 3rd week in June)

Annual Johnson County Peach Festival - mid June - See their

jelly and peach cobbler bake-off, street dance, parade, diaper derby,
craft booths, concession stands, peach pit spitting contest, water
balloon toss, fiddling contest, egg toss, bicycle obstacle course,
horseshoe pitching contest, Princess Elberta Pageant & Miss Arkansas
preliminary pageants. Admission: Free events; pageants $7. Plan to stay
all day Friday with events such as a diaper derby, helicopter tours,
pocket car race, bicycle obstacle course, the Kids' Zone (inflatables),
frozen T-shirt contest and skateboard contest as well as a peach cobbler
and jam and jelly bake-off and a peach pie eating contest. A Street
Dance featuring On The Verge will begin at 9 pm The 4-mile run
kicks off Saturday activities followed by various events including a
fishing derby, cardboard boat regatta, greased pig chase, frog jump,
terrapin derby, peach eating contest, Johnson County Idol (adult) and
Lip Sync contest. The parade begins at 7 pm followed by

Schnepf Farms Annual Peach Festival - Weekends during the month
of May, every year
Orchards will be open for picking, peach foods
sampling tent, peach pie eating contest, a peachy parade, arts & crafts,
carousel rides, petting barn, honeybee rides, chef demonstrations, live

Ice Cream Day) We'd like to thank all of our loyal customers for their
amazing support all season long with a refreshing complimentary peach
ice cream cone on a hot summer day. Please consider supporting our local
4-H and FFA chapters as you collect your peach ice cream cone. The
delicious ice cream is locally made by Woodside Farm Creamery
(Hockessin, DE) with a secret Fifer peach recipe. New this year! U-Pick
Peaches ; One Day Only. Peach picking shuttles will begin at 10am and
will run continuously. The last wagon of the day will leave at 4pm.

Wyoming Peach Festival
- Held the first Saturday each August from 9 am to 3 pm
Wyoming Railroad Station, North Railroad Avenue

festival kicks off with a parade through town. The downtown area is
turned into an area with food and craft vendors. Many shows take place
at the railroad freight platform during the day. If is a fun filled day
for every member of the family. Held since 1989, it also features
entertainment and community displays.

This is a special time when we gather the community together to celebrate our newest Peach crop. Red, White & Blues Farm is excited to celebrate our
plentiful peach season at Peach Fest. There will be peaches to pick, peach-themed activities & treats, arts & crafts vendors, live music, plus all of your
favorite farm activities like our thrilling slide hill, bouncy jump pillows, and more! Enjoy lunch and fresh baked goods at our Café, like peach tea, peach
cobbler, and more. Due to the popularity of our special events, guests will need to select a reservation time when purchasing their tickets. These time and
date-specific tickets allow entry to the farm beginning 15 minutes before the selected arrival time and extending until 4 pm of the day the ticket is

The Louisiana Peach Festival
- The fourth weekend in June

family-oriented event produced by the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of
Commerce, and held each year the fourth weekend of June. From Peach
dignitaries, floats, cheerleaders, clowns and music to marching groups
and more will make their way through Ruston with Dr. Jackie Robbins of
Irrigation Mart as the Grand Marshal. Join us as the parade winds
through downtown Ruston.
The Louisiana Peach
Festival Parade is presented by PetStar Animal Care and produced by
Junior Auxiliary of Ruston.
Parade begins at LA Tech Athletics
Complex, follows Alabama Avenue to Trenton Street to Dan Reneau Drive.

Our 11th annual celebration of all things peachy! Applecrest is home to more
than 20 distinct varieties of succulent tree-ripened peaches, nectarines and
plums. Come spend the day and pick 'em straight from the tree. Our peach
festival features free live bluegrass music, tractor rides to the peach
orchard, face painting, kid's bouncy house, our famous corn roast and
sausage grill, hot cider donuts and every peach inspired yummy under the
Porter Peach Festival and 5k run

preserves in Porter, OK at the annual Porter Peach festival. Saturday at
1 p.m. there'll be free peaches and ice cream! There's also a rodeo,
bluegrass and country bands, a golf tournament, car show, and of course,
a parade. The Miss Peach and Miss Peach Bud will also be introduced. One
visitor commented that there were few peaches or peach dishes to be
found at last year's festival.
Stratford Peach Festival - Saturday, July, from 9

580-759-3600. The Stratford Peach Festival will feature a variety of
activities including live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, street
games, helicopter rides and more. Pick up a bushel of fresh peaches from
one of seven area orchards participating in the event, or simply enjoy a
delicious serving of homemade peach ice cream. The Peach Festival car
show will be making a return to this year's event and will include
muscle cars, original trucks, modified trucks, special interest
vehicles, sport compact cars, street rods from the 1920s-'60s and a
variety of other classics. Categories of competition will include best
in show, most likely to get a ticket, best custom truck, mayor's choice
and more. Grab a seat along the sidelines or challenge the locals to
such contests as a hay toss, best-dressed animal and ugly dog contest,
sack races, a water balloon toss, money in the haystack, three-legged
races, a hula-hoop contest, Frisbee throw and turtle races. There's
something for everyone at this year's Peach Festival, so bring the whole
family and prepare to have a great time this July.

sale and drawings for a handful of gift baskets inside. An overnight stay
at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack and Resort is among items up for grabs
in the baskets.
