Peach Festivals in California in 2021: Where, When and More to Find a Peach Festival Near You!
Peaches typically ripen from May (in southern California)
through June, July in the northern areas of the state. July
dominates as the month for peach production (and festivals)
Unlike strawberries, which grow almost anywhere, peaches are
grown commercially in half as many areas.
There are two general types of peach festivals 1) community festivals, usually organized by a church, school, local Chamber of commerce or a town and 2).
Peach festival held at and by a farm. They are different in what they
community festivals tend to be less expensive so they are grouped separately.

Marysville, California. Starts Friday
evening. No admission charge, parking is also free and available at
Mervyn's. Events for children and adults alike. Bands such as "Inside
Straight" performed country and rock music. Not into country and rock
music? That doesn't matter. Peaches and pancakes served for breakfast on
Saturday at the corner of 1st and D streets in Downtown Marysville

Click here for a map. Organized by the Chamber of Commerce. The Live
Oak Festival is a celebration of the role the agricultural industry
plays in our community, which includes peaches. The Festival begins with
a parade in our Historic Commercial District. Opening ceremonies follow
and then live entertainment, craft and food vendors, children's
activities and a car show. There are food contests, meet Miss Live Oak
Festival, and enjoy tons of other good-old-fashioned family fun. Do you
have an amazing rib recipe? Come and join our rib-cook-off and prove
once and for all that your ribs really are the best!
- Organic Stone Fruit Jubilee
(Annual) - SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 2019 from 5 pm to 8:30 pm
North Indianola Avenue, Clovis, California 93619. The Organic Stone
Fruit Jubilee features fruit tasting and buying of fresh produce from
local small farms that specialize in growing delicious varieties of
nectarines, peaches, plums, and pluots,. There are kid-friendly
activities as well as food and beverage booths. Educational talks on
Essential Oil Safety and Pollinators as well as Farmer Talks in the Tent
Area ensure there is something for everybody. This event not only treats
the taste buds, but the spirit as well. Music by Good Medicine, a
Japanese tea ceremony and purifying therapy sessions are also on the
schedule. And if that isn't enough, there are artisan and other vendors
available for your shopping pleasure. You don't want to miss this unique
experience. 2019 price was $10 per person; Children 12 and under free
with a paid Adult chaperone.

In addition to community and church festivals, some private farms have their own
