Lafayette Peach Annual Festival - August 17, 2019 from 9:00am to

Old Town Lafayette on Public Road, Layfayette, CO. Phone:
303-666-9555.. This is truly a peachy day! Palisade, Colorado peaches
will be available for purchase. In addition to the world famous Palisade
peaches, there will be an array of peach dishes for sale prepared by the
huckleberry (Louisville), including 4,500 servings of warm peach cobbler
and 500 peach pies with crumb topping and 80 individual pans of peach
cobbler available for purchase while supplies last. Lafayette Chamber
members and local volunteers will be selling these items in addition to
the delicious peach smoothies throughout the day. Enjoy fresh baked
bread, BBQ, Philly Cheese Steaks, Peach Pizza, Brats, Burgers, Gyros,
Turkey Legs and much more from the many food vendors. The Festival is
free to the public and features arts and crafts, antiques, food booths,
free face painting, kids' activities (some fees apply) and so much more!
Only Service Dogs Allowed! No shuttles service provided. Bloodmobile on
site. Over 30,000 pounds of Certified Organic Peaches from Morton's
Orchard's, Red Fox Run Orchards and Tate Orchards in Palisade, CO. will
be available in 3 locations along Public Rd.

Palisade Peach Festival - mid August - See their website for

days of fun-filled, entertaining events. With more than 100 food, art
and craft vendors, great live musical entertainment, a fantastic
children's area, various culinary activities, numerous special events,
and of course.peaches. Festivities get underway Thursday evening, August
14 in downtown Palisade with the Ice Cream Social and Street Dance and
the "passing of the torch" between the outgoing and incoming Town
Grouch. Friday afternoon and Saturday are highlighted by the Peach
Festival at Riverbend Park with a variety of other events taking place
around town. Along with the festival in the park, there are plenty of
opportunities for a genuine Palisade Experience throughout the four days
− from guided orchard tours, to a historical walking tour, to
self-guided biking and rafting trips and the Sunday Farmers Market.

festival kicks off with a parade through town. The downtown area is
turned into an area with food and craft vendors. Many shows take place

The Louisiana Peach Festival - The fourth weekend in
June (The 2018 dates are June 22-23.)

family-oriented event produced by the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of
Commerce, and held each year the fourth weekend of June. From Peach
dignitaries, floats, cheerleaders, clowns and music to marching groups
and more will make their way through Ruston with Dr. Jackie Robbins of
Irrigation Mart as the Grand Marshal. Join us as the parade winds
through downtown Ruston.
The Louisiana Peach
Festival Parade is presented by PetStar Animal Care and produced by

true community gala that promises to be a great time for the whole family.

Michigan Peach Festival - Labor Day weekend

Michigan Peach Festival will run from August 29 through September 2 in
Romeo. It features a parade, classic cars and a number of items made with

from from all over to Romeo for the five-day festival organized by the Romeo

The Knott's Island Peach Festival - the last full weekend in
June
Knotts Island, NC. Saturday from 10-7
with lawn mower races,and parade starts at 9am. Sunday, the park opens
up again at 10:00 and the festival is over that evening at 5:00 pm. Held
on Knotts Island on the grounds of the Ruritan Community Park on Brumley
Road. There is a lot of room for parking and people. Get some basic
directions further down. Parking is free. At the gate, there is a $5.00
admission fee (donation). Children under 12 are admitted for free when
accompanied by paying adults. This price will admit you to the Wildlife
Festival as well. There is food and drink available for sale from
various vendors and crafters and artists have their goods for sale. Go

Porter Peach Festival and 5k run

preserves in Porter, OK at the annual Porter Peach festival. Saturday at
1 p.m. there'll be free peaches and ice cream! There's also a rodeo,
bluegrass and country bands, a golf tournament, car show, and of course,
a parade. The Miss Peach and Miss Peach Bud will also be introduced. One
visitor commented that there were few peaches or peach dishes to be
found at last year's festival.

Stratford Peach Festival - Saturday, July, from 9

Stratford City Park, Stratford, OK 74872. Phone:
580-759-3600. The Stratford Peach Festival will feature a variety of
activities including live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, street
games, helicopter rides and more. Pick up a bushel of fresh peaches from
one of seven area orchards participating in the event, or simply enjoy a
delicious serving of homemade peach ice cream. The Peach Festival car
show will be making a return to this year's event and will include
muscle cars, original trucks, modified trucks, special interest
vehicles, sport compact cars, street rods from the 1920s-'60s and a
variety of other classics. Categories of competition will include best
in show, most likely to get a ticket, best custom truck, mayor's choice
and more. Grab a seat along the sidelines or challenge the locals to
such contests as a hay toss, best-dressed animal and ugly dog contest,
sack races, a water balloon toss, money in the haystack, three-legged
races, a hula-hoop contest, Frisbee throw and turtle races. There's
something for everyone at this year's Peach Festival, so bring the whole
family and prepare to have a great time this July.

pulled pork, roast beef and meatball sandwiches, French fries and
haluski with a variety of baked goods packaged to go and a hot dog stand
outside. Visitors also will find assorted craft vendors, a farmers'
market, an inflatable attraction for children outside and a used book
sale and drawings for a handful of gift baskets inside.An overnight stay
at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack and Resort is among items up for grabs
in the baskets.
UPDATE for 2020, "Due to the coronavirus, there have had to be several changes different from years past, but with
the help of the Brooke County Health Department, the church is able to bring a day of enjoyment to the local people, The big change is that the food
will be take-out only so there will be no seating in the dining room." Advance orders may be called into the church for pickup on the day of the
festival by calling (304) 723-4120. "Just leave your name and phone number, and someone will return your call."
