Here's a map top help you find a pick your own farm in Texas!  If there are PYO's in a County, then clicking on the count with your mouse will take you to the list for that County.  Counties without any U-pick farms in then have no link (so clicking on them doesn't do anything)  And by all means, if you know of a Pick-Your-Own farm that I haven't got listed, please email me their name, phone number, address, etc. to feedback!
