Families and friends celebrated Veterans Day at the Festival with horse-drawn wagon rides, pecan cracking contests, tractor pull contests, and Veteran recognition events, Directions to Festival: Take I-19 south Exit 75 (Sahuarita Rd) and head East on Sahuarita Rd. approximately 3 miles to 1625 E Sahuarita Rd, Sahuarita, AZ 85629.

Georgia

• The Pecan Festival of Georgia - Early November Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm
  Blackshear City Park, 200 SW Central Avenue, Blackshear, GA 31516. Phone: 912-282-1167. Email: cshimkus@agsouthfc.com. Activities will include The Georgia State Pecan Pie Contest, Inflatables, Arts and Thomas the Train,Craft Vendors, Food Vendors, Corn Hole and other games! . The festival will start on Saturday morning at 9am at Downtown City Park, with the opening ceremonies of prayer, presentation of colors, and national anthem. There will be entertainment throughout the day for kids and adults alike. Entertainment will include The Classic Car Show, Sound of Silver Band, Blue Diamond Dancers, local area bands, dancers and a performance show choir. We will also have local artist Mason Tuten performing live music throughout the day: classic rock, alternative, country, and worship music.

Kansas

  Held in the heart of Pecan Harvest every year this event is filled with all things nutty! The Chetopa Chamber of Commerce sponsors a full day of activities celebrating Chetopa being the "Pecan Capitol". A huge craft show can be found at the Old Gym, there are always lots of activities for the kids, pecan demonstrations, cooking contest, singing competitions and lots more. A lunch is served in the school cafeteria starting at 11 Am.

Kentucky

• Hickman Pecan Festival - 3rd annual, mid-September
  Jeff Green Memorial Park, Bernal Street, Hickman, KY 42050. The Sacred Heart Catholic Church hosting the Pecan Festival "Supper and Bingo Night" with hamburgers and hot dogs will be sold starting at 4:30, with bingo games starting at 6 pm (located at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 411 E Moulton St, Hickman, KY 42050).

Louisiana

• Louisiana Pecan Festival - 50 years running, Always the first full weekend in November
  Colfax, LA. Phone: 318-627-5196 .  The Louisiana Pecan Festival takes place on the first full weekend of November each year. The festival and the Town of Colfax play host to 60,000 to 75,000 visitors each year, who come from all over Grant Parish, central Louisiana, the state and throughout the U.S. for three days of fun, great food, live musical entertainment and much more. The weekend kicks off with Children's Day, a family-oriented event sponsored by area businesses that includes games, petting zoo, fun jumps and rock walls and is free to the public. Arts and crafts booths, cooking contest, carnival rides, great food, musical entertainment, Grand Parade, and a fireworks show on Saturday night following the Street Dance.

Mississippi

• Brunswick Pecan Festival - Held since 1980; 3 days in October
  Brunswick, MO. 65236. Phone: 660-973-4334.  Vast orchards in the Brunswick area produce tasty, distinctive Missouri native pecan nuts, as well as larger specialty grafted pecans. Our nuts are sourced from national ingredient manufacturers, exported internationally, and sold in local retail shops. Brunswick was officially declared The Pecan Capital of Missouri in 1972, when Missouri State Representative Norwood Creason secured the state proclamation. We launched our first annual Pecan Festival in October 1980, and the tradition continues. Center stage on Highway 24, visitors can visit and take photos next to the World's Largest 20th Century Pecan replica.

• Luther Pecan Festival - the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
  119 S Main St, Luther, OK 73054.  Celebrating pecans, art, food, music and more. . Luther is east of Edmond on Route 66, or take the Luther exit off theTurner Turnpike.  The Luther Pecan Festival was dreamed up one day on Main Street by a group of neighbors, local business owners and friends who have a desire to see Luther grow and wanted an avenue to showcase our Main Street businesses and celebrate a growing number of local artists and artisans. Considering that the annual migration of visitors to Couch Pecans every harvest time is a visitor boon to our area, we are offering visitors something fun to do in Luther on the first Saturday after Couch Pecans Opens, a one-day festival, the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

• Richmond Pecan Harvest Festival - 3rd annual, mid-November from 12 Noon to 8PM
  Richmond, TX. Email: pecan.harvest.festival@gmail.com. The festivals starts at City Hall, continue along Morton Street, and will feature live music at the Wessendorff Park Gazebo. Our beloved Kids Zone and Pecan Education Center will be located across the street at Decker Park (between 4th & 6th) on Preston Street in historic downtown Richmond, Texas. Live bands will be playing on the White Gazebo Stage in Wessendorff Park on Preston Street in historic downtown Richmond, Texas

• Royalty Pecan Farms Annual Pecan Harvest Festival - November, one day, 9 am - 6 pm
  Royalty Pecan Farms, 10600 Highway 21 E, Caldwell, TX 77836. Cost: Free admission. Free on-site parking. Some vendors & activities will require fees. Come help us celebrate the new pecan harvest season! The Royalty Pecan Harvest Festival is a free public event hosted by Royalty Pecan Farms with the help of community volunteers and sponsors. Our mission is to promote and celebrate local culture, healthy living, and agritourism while offering an educational and entertaining experience. The festival grounds are located behind our gift shop on Texas Hwy 21 between Bryan/College Station and Caldwell. Our extended lawn overlooks 500 acres of lush pecan trees with the College Station city skyline on the horizon. In addition to shopping and enjoying the festivities, we encourage visitors to bring their own camp chairs, blankets, Frisbees, balls, or kites and enjoy our backyard! Family-friendly and spanning across several different venues, this festival is the chance to take a scenic autumn stroll through downtown Seguin and enjoy all things pecan-related. Activities include a pub crawl, shopping at 90 vendors located in downtown, celebrate our rural heritage at the Red Barn, make arts and crafts at Teatro de Artes, and so much more. Pecan Fest Heritage Days is too big for it to occur in one location. On Saturday, a shuttle will be available to take visitors to several of the locations; including Central Park, Sebastopol House, and the Big Red Barn.

Virginia

• Richard Bland College of William and Mary Pecan Festival - October, Saturday typically in late October from 11 to 5.
  Richard Bland College is home to the oldest & largest pecan groves in Virginia. There are nearly 1,000 pecan trees on the grounds. Each year the pecans are harvested and proceeds used to advance student success and maintain the groves. An array of mouth-watering food options and ice cold beer will be on sale throughout the day for festival goers to enjoy. The stage will be rocking all day.

It's held in the grove at Richard Bland College of William & Mary in Prince George, Virginia. • Yangbi Walnut Festival 漾濞核桃民俗文化节 - Thursday, 1. September 2022 until Friday, 30. September 2022 in 漾濞县
  Yangbi, Yunnan Province, China. Held at the beginning of the walnut harvest since 2008. The festival consists of an Opening Ceremony in the the county town together with larger market where many locally produced items are on sale. In the walnut groves a fake Yi ritual accompanies the opening ceremony.
